ABSTRACT

  This module converts the English numbers to their Persian (Farsi) HTML/Unicode equivalent

DESCRIPTION

  Converts all occurences of numbers in a string to their Persian (Farsi) HTML/unicode equivalents
  HTML portion is done for now.

None by default.
