SYNOPSIS

    use App;

    $template_engine = $context->service("TemplateEngine");  # or ...

DESCRIPTION

A TemplateEngine Service is a means by which a template (such as an HTML template) may be rendered (with variables interpolated).

This implementation does the rendering using the Template Toolkit.
